Sleepy Face

 

This face with closed eyes and a drop of water coming from its nose area is  intended to be showing sleepiness. The drop of water is actually supposed to be snot running our of the nose, a sign that is commonly used to show tiredness in Japanese anima nd manga comics.

However, this Emoji is more commonly used to show sadness as the water droplet is usually percieved as a tear.
